Whistle While You Work

I fancy myself a very good whistler.  I whistle a lot.  I think it annoys people.  Actually, I know it annoys some people, but I just can't help myself.  Whistling makes me happy.

You know what else makes me happy?  The Olympics.  I love the Olympics.  I really love the Winter Olympics.  So, what have I been whistling for the last week?  Yup, you guessed it!  The Olympic Fanfare by John Williams.  Whistling and Olympics.  I am one happy lady! :)

  1. 1. I don't recall hearing you whisling that much, but...
    2. I'm happy to know that someone else is as excited by the Olympics as I am. I pretty much watched them all weekend.

  2. Are you calling me a liar? :) I whistled so much when I was pregnant with Cameron that we thought he would come out whistling.

  3. Oh yeah, you know how I'm a nerd and a stickler for the details. That piece of music you have attatched is called "Bugler's Dream" composed by Leo Arnaud and was arranged/conducted by John Williams. I didn't know that, I looked it up. I was only fairly sure the John Williams didn't compose that piece.

  4. I really like that you whistle, especially one tune. It minimizes "sneak ups". As my hearing is lacking, I like that I can tell when you are coming and where you are located even if I can't see you. (Ps, I am not being sarcastic, this is my 100% true feeling).

My dad and I agree that you are a really good whistler. Could you give my mom lessons? (again, not really joking).

PPS - my new favorite sport is the snowboard cross. That is fantastic.
