I am Amanda. I am the Mommy in all this Sweetness. My life is pretty ordinary, but to my children it is extraordinary! I love to knit and sew and fancy myself an amateur photographer with a lot to learn. I love to clean and cook and take care of my family. I work at Target, and for now it is wonderful. The hours fit my schedule with the kids and I love the people I work with. I have plans for myself and for my kids. I know who I am and where I want to be. I love with an open heart and I am trying every day to be the best "me" possible.
Our first born, Cameron. He is a beautiful boy. Caring, loving, kind and giving. He's my emotional child, but he's also "all boy" as I hear a lot of people say. He loves to pretend to sword fight, and hunt dragons (especially if his sister is a dragon) wrestle, play sports and be rough and tumble. He loves to draw and write and he is a very good artist. He has a best friend who is a girl. She has been his best friend since the two of them were only a few weeks old. He loves her, and I am so grateful that she is in his life. She has recently announced that Cameron is her boyfriend, but he isn't sold on the idea... yet.
Sweet Olivia, our second (and last if all goes as planned, which it will!) She is a character. She is difficult to describe. She can have you tearing your hear out one minute and laughing hysterically the next. She is sweet and caring, but with an agenda. Only she knows the agenda, and usually doesn't publish it until it is well under way. She loves horses and dogs and most animals. Cats are her friends until they scratch her. She holds a grudge for some time. She loves to snuggle and kiss and tell everyone she loves them, especially her Mama. She has been holding my hair since the day she was born and I don't think she will ever stop!
