I have to say that I agree with the article. McCain could and should be doing so much more to be tougher and he is not! I ended up turning off the debate after 15 minutes because I was so annoyed with both of the candidates. If I hear "pork", "earmarked" or "maverik" one more time I might throw up.
McCain is surely the worst candidate that the Republicans could have picked as he goes against everthing they (I) stand for. That is why Palin is so important to the base-- she is the "right wing" portion of the ticket.
Did I mention that I am Republican? Humm, I'm a bit frustrated with this race!
That all being said- I like the first comment that is posted on that article too and whole heartedly agree with it! : )
Sorry Kelly, but I agree with the article because I think McCain would make a horrible president and Palin an even worse one! And I'm really tired of the lies that are being spread about Obama.
I watched the entire debate because I was in shock at how blatantly disrespectful McCain was being to Obama.
Both camps are not truthful about numbers/votes etc but that is politics. I'm not saying it is ok but it is now expected unfortunately. The point is to look for ourselves at what is the truth.
factcheck.org is an excellent nonpartisan site that checks out both parties.
