Day 116 and 117 - Undies and Bragg's

Yesterday Olivia and I went shopping with my Mom.  Olivia was so funny in the dressing room.  She loved looking at herself in the 3-way mirror.  Overnight, it seems, my baby girl has turned into a big girl who is into fancy dresses, fancy shoes and wearing headbands in her hair.  I always thought she would be a little on the Tom Boy side, but she's not.  Not even a little bit!

Today I am sick.  :(  I am one of those people who is healthy all winter, and then, come Spring, I get a whopper of a sickness.  This year is no exception.  I cannot walk five paces without getting winded, and when I cough it feels like my lungs are on fire.  Today was spent laying on the couch watching a "Law and Order: SVU" marathon.  I tried to clear my chest by taking a hot bath with my Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar.  It helped a little.

I'm really going to miss having my parents right across the street.  Thanks Dad, for watching the kids today.  I appreciate it!

  2. I'm so sorry, Amanda. However, Law & Order can make all things better:)

I am amazed by how much Olivia's personality can come through your pictures (and by the stories you tell)! I feel like I have known her spent time with her silly side. I'm not sure if I've seen a child's personality so clearly in pictures:)

  3. Aww man, that's the worst. Thinking you're going to get away with it, and then BAM! you get sick. I'm sorry. Hope you're feeling better soon. Your pic of your daughter is too cute. I have the opposite; when she was a baby, I thought my 9 yr old would be girly and she's NOT. Not even a smidge. She's tom boy all the way.

  4. I'm so sorry you aren't feeling well and hope you are back on your feet soon. When you told me you were moving, I was excited for you because I knew you were heading toward the coast, but the thought of moving away from your parents must be tough. It will all work out the way it's supposed to though. I love all that is going on with the photo of Olivia and the mirrors; good for you for bringing your camera along even on a shopping trip!
