This morning we took advantage of the brief rain break and headed to one of our city's many beaches. We are so lucky to live where we do. There are so many opportunities for outdoor adventure. And, if you are a local it is easy to find a spot that the vacationers don't know about. Today we found one of those spots.
We packed some PB & J. They were a big hit with Cameron and Olivia!
I'm worried that Olivia has absolutely no fear of the water. She walks in waste or even chest-deep with no hesitation. Even after falling in over her head she still went right back in. I am re-thinking my decision to postpone swim lessons until next year.
We could not have asked for a better day. Damien and I both with the morning off, beautiful weather, beautiful children and a beautiful lake. We are so lucky!
