Olivia is One Today

My little Livvy Bug is one today. What a year it has been! So much has changed for us since Olivia was born. I remember when Cameron was born I thought, "Yeah, one is enough." It wasn't long before we realized we definitely wanted two. Now we can't imagine what our life was like before children. Damien and I haven't been on a date in a year. We know that people think that is crazy, and probably judge us for it, but we are more in love now than ever, and love being together with the kids. Yes, there will be dates in our future, but life has been a little nuts lately, and being with our kids makes us truly happy.

Incredible!

Olivia is such a sweet little girl with a silly personality. She is rough and tumble as only the sister of Cameron could be. It is fun to watch her play with the big kids. They can be running and throwing themselves down on the couch cushions, and before I know it, there she is throwing herself face first onto them too. It's so funny!

My baby girl is one... It just doesn't seem possible. Last night, during dinner, I commented that Olivia only had one more night to walk before she turned one. Of course, I was kidding and know that she will walk when she is ready, but after dinner, in front of Grammy and Paw Paw, she took the most unassisted steps ever! Check it out!
